Go to https://biohost.co.za:2083 and enter the cPanel username and password from your welcome email. From cPanel you can create email accounts, manage files, set up databases, install SSL, and restore backups.
Create mailboxes in cPanel under Email → Email Accounts. To connect Outlook, Apple Mail or your phone, use these settings (replace yourdomain.co.za):
| Incoming (IMAP) | mail.yourdomain.co.za — port 993 (SSL/TLS) |
| Incoming (POP3) | mail.yourdomain.co.za — port 995 (SSL/TLS) |
| Outgoing (SMTP) | mail.yourdomain.co.za — port 465 (SSL/TLS) |
| Username | your full email address |

Log in to My Account → My Domains to update nameservers, lock/unlock your domain, retrieve your EPP/transfer key, toggle auto-renew, and view DNS records for any domain registered with us.
Install WordPress and other apps from cPanel, manage files with the File Manager, and create MySQL databases under Databases. Free Let’s Encrypt SSL is available under Security → SSL/TLS Status.
